The Order Management Team supports Motorola’s Video Security and Access Control organizations. We drive end-to-end supply chain operations by partnering across organizations to delight our customers and meet our business objectives.


Job Description

As a Team Leader within the Order Management Team, your role will encompass two key aspects: the seamless execution of daily operations and the strategic development of the team and its processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leadership and performance management of the team, developing skills and abilities within the team whilst ensuring the necessary tools and training are available to achieve the most from each team member
- Proper prioritization of teams’ workload
- Contributing to strategy for the department and executing it
- Interfacing with MSI stakeholders by proper customer focus and flexible execution
- Building strong relationships with the business and drive importance of the role
- Supporting business commitments trough on time & proactive communication
- Monitoring metrics, establishing goals for the team in order to enable an efficient decision making process
- Identifying areas for improvements / process optimization and taking all necessary steps to implement changes
- Supporting internal audit controls and SOX initiatives


Basic Requirements

  • Excellent Business English and communication skills

  • Ability to work on mixed shift approach ( 3/4 pm - 11 pm/12 am) to be able to provide support to customers in North America market

  • Minimum 4 year of work experience in relevant field and customer focused environment

  • People management experience in a plus

  • Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction

  • Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Collaborative, likes to work in teams

  • Good Problem Solving Skills

  • Proactive

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) 

  • University degree (bachelor of business administration / master)
