Job Summary
Position is responsible for providing high quality medical nutrition therapy to patients and clients. Areas of responsibility include assessment of nutritional needs, provision of medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education. The incumbent is required to function on a multi-disciplinary team as a resource to the physician staff and others. May participate in outpatient counseling by providing nutrition education to TIRR outpatients. May participate in community service by providing nutrition education to various groups or individuals outside the hospital.Education: Bachelors Degree in Food & Nutrition or related area. Master's required if registration was obtained after Jan 1, 2024.
