Job Description Summary

As a Tender Specialist, you will be a key member of the Northern Europe Tender & Sales Support organization, responsible for managing tenders primarily in the Netherlands and Sweden, while supporting activities across the Nordics. You will lead tender projects end to end, ensuring timely, compliant, and high quality submissions. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other cross functional partners.
You will join a highly dedicated and supportive Tender Specialist team spanning Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. This role offers possibility to work in a remote or hybrid working set-up with regular Sales meetings taking place in our office in Hoevelaken.

Essential Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the full wing to wing Inquiry to Order (ITO) tender process within strict deadlines;
• Ensure timely preparation, consolidation, and submission of tender responses in accordance with local legislation and internal policies;
• Support the Sales teams and internal stakeholders with tender‑related information, documentation, policy research, and process guidance;
• Build positive working relationships across multiple countries and teams, ensuring seamless coordination across borders;
• Conduct contract reviews in coordination with relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal, commercial, and operational requirements;
• Actively support continuous improvement of tender processes, templates, and systems.
   

Basic Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar role such as tendering, customer service, sales administration, preferably within healthcare or related industry;
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan ahead, manage workflows, and anticipate team needs;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT systems and AI tools with high accuracy and speed;
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and verbal, knowledge of Swedish would be a plus;
• Experience working across multicultural and international teams – experience working across the Nordics is a plus.
