We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Content Strategy to join Snap Inc’s global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) Marketing organization. This role will build compelling marketing content to drive advertiser acquisition and revenue growth for various marketing channels, including sales decks, paid media, on-platform notifications, and Snap’s web properties. The role will build global creative strategy and closely align with cross-functional teams (Revenue, Growth, Product Marketing, Data Science), while collaborating with an internal team of designers, web developers and copy writers to create impactful, measurable campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who brings directly relevant experience in strategizing on and creating digital marketing and sales campaigns.
What you’ll do:
Execute creative strategy for sales teams, lifecycle marketing, emails and ForBusiness.Snapchat.com web properties based on business KPIs, industry trends and customer insights
Develop customer centric content strategy that directly supports SMC’s global revenue, growth and retention programs
Research, build and share content initiatives in order to improve overall engagement and conversion rates for marketing creative
Stay ahead of industry trends in order innovate on content and provide customers with relevant education on advertising
Collaborate on content creation with design, web development and copywriting teams to create educational content for the small and medium business audience
Identify ways to continuously uplevel modules, templates and design aesthetic across web, emails and paid ads
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proven track record in developing thoughtful marketing content for global audiences with a strong emphasis on results
Understanding of what type of education resonates on channels such as emails, web surfaces, sales enablement materials and paid ads
Experience leading internal creative design and web development teams
High comfort with data driven decision making and ability to translate data into actionable content recommendations
Ability to consistently uplevel content, while keeping in mind business goals
Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and is comfortable with ambiguity
Experience or familiarity in working with the media or digital advertising industry
Experience with tools Google Analytics and Figma is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years experience in content creation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative leadership and development
Knowledge media and digital advertising industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience with hands on content creation in digital marketing
Masters in business or like

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $114,000-$171,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
