Job Description

The Portfolio Accounting & Performance team is responsible for reviewing financial transactions, calculating and analyzing performance and attribution results.  The team supports the investment process through providing timely, insightful, fundamental and quantitative feedback. 

The Portfolio Accounting & Performance team provides broad analytic support to stakeholders and quantitative analysis to support the investment management process and commercial efforts.  The team covers a wide array of public and private investment vehicles and diverse strategies while adhering to GIPS standards and principals.

We are looking for you to have analytic support experience to the investment management teams demonstrating examples of timely and insightful fundamental and quantitative feedback. Also important to the role is for you to demonstrate an understanding of fundamental and technical portfolio performance results. It is also important to be able to work independently to support the investment management process with various quantitative analysis.  

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support and review of core portfolio and accounting tasks.  Owns complex reporting and directly supports more routine and ad-hoc stakeholder analytic requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and support the accounting and performance process through the timely, thorough review of portfolio activities and performance outputs. 
  • Provides analytic support to the investment management teams by providing timely and insightful fundamental and quantitative feedback.
  • Work independently to support the investment management process with various quantitative analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree equivalent education and experience.
  • 3-5 Years of experience.
  • Inquisitive and intellectually curious mindset.  Passion for knowledge and growth in the investment management process
  • A result-oriented individual who is customer focused
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Resolves issues quickly
  • Good sense of humor

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuit of advanced degree or appropriate professional certifications (i.e. CFA, CAIA, or CIPM)
