We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Staff Analyst, Advanced Analytics - Risk Insights. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing the strategic direction of Airbnb's Payments Platform.
Our Payments platform organization has 2 domains:
This role is in the Payments Risk and Compliance domain. The Staff Analyst, Advanced Analytics, Risk Insights role, reporting to the Director of Payments Analytics, will define the Analytics strategy and partner with product and operations in enabling world class Risk capabilities, ensuring Airbnb is able to protect and grow our community. You’ll bring the latest thinking from the world of Machine Learning and Generative AI to shape the future of fraud detection at Airbnb. You’ll partner with functional experts in other business units across Airbnb to create a cohesive strategy in all-key decision making . You will work with a cross functional team of engineers, product managers, operations and legal to bring capabilities to market, and scale globally. This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
