Job Summary:
The Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management (WMS) Solution Lead is responsible for designing and delivering scalable warehouse management solutions using Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud.
This role bridges operations and technical delivery by translating warehouse requirements into scalable configurations and integration designs. Works with functional, integration, and business teams to deliver per Oracle best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Configuration
Lead warehouse process design workshops.
Configure inbound, outbound, and inventory modules.
Translate requirements into FDDs.
Support designs for integrations and extensions.
Support blueprinting and gap analysis.
2. Implementation & Project Delivery
Own workstreams in large programs or lead mid-size implementations.
Configure and test:
Putaway/picking strategies
Wave templates
Replenishment rules
RF screens/menus
Support SIT/UAT and cutover planning.
Support data migration (items, locations, inventory).
Provide post-go-live hypercare.
3. Integration Support
Integrate WMS with:
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Oracle Transportation Management
Order Management Systems
3PL and automation systems
Define/validate API, REST, and file integrations.
Test interfaces (ASN, shipments, inventory sync).
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with operations to understand needs.
Provide demos and process walkthroughs.
Support change management and user training.
Act as SME for warehouse process optimization.
5. Continuous Improvement and Support
Identify optimization opportunities using system capabilities.
Recommend configuration enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Follow Oracle standards and documentation practices.

Oracle Cloud WMS Expertise
Configuration of Oracle Cloud WMS modules.
Advanced rules engine configuration.
RF framework setup.
Label and document design.
Task interleaving and wave templates.
Integration & Data
Basic–intermediate knowledge of:
REST/SOAP APIs
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
EDI (940/945/856)
Data migration templates and validation.
SQL for validation and troubleshooting.
Tools & Technologies
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
BI tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
Test/defect tools (e.g., JIRA).
