·        Lead global program launches and industrialization, ensuring on‑time, on‑cost, on‑quality delivery across sites.

·        Own business planning, RFI/RFQ activities, CapEx, and end‑to‑end industrialization strategy.

·        Act as the main operations and technical interface to customers and cross‑functional stakeholders.

·        Drive design‑for‑manufacturing to ensure scalable, testable, and efficient production solutions.

·        Plan and execute industrialization milestones, sample builds, equipment sourcing, and ramp‑up to SOP.

·        Define and manage launch KPIs, driving cross‑functional actions during launch.

·        Own enterprise‑level project, risk, issue, and change management.

·        Lead regional teams and align global plans, KPIs, risks, and financials.

·        Lead platform programs, enabling reuse, modularity, and reduced complexity.

·        Manage customer audits, governance reviews, executive reporting, and project escalations.

·        Support post‑SOP lifecycle activities, driving continuous improvement and cost reduction.
