The Sr Analyst, Compensation is the key resource for Lennar and its’ subsidiaries in North America. Position handles and leads other analysts in completing salary and bonus programs and supports other Compensation programs such as merit planning and stock awards. Reviews and recommends salary placements for new hires and assists HR Team and Hire Managers with Compensation related issues.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Administer base pay and bonus programs. This includes market benchmarking of new jobs, maintaining bonus information throughout the year, and working with the rest of the Compensation team to ensure bonuses are paid correctly and timely.
Manage and lead other analysts in survey participation and analysis, Compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions.
Administer and lead other analysts in maintaining the job code table within PeopleSoft, and work with HRIS to ensure PeopleSoft meets the needs of the Compensation department.
Work with Compensation director on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs.
Assist HR managers and managers with Compensation related issues.
Performs analyses and makes recommendations on projects and human resource metrics.
