Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive strategic workforce transformation initiatives across multiple business units. This role will lead the planning and implementation of organizational change programs that align with our technology advancement and business evolution goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Management (50%)

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional working groups, bringing groups together to represent the Employee Success (ES) function in partnership with all other functions across the organization
  • Drive the development of future-state role profiles and capabilities aligned with technological advancements
  • Manage multiple concurrent transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategy
  • Track progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies across various workstreams
  • Facilitate alignment between different collaborator groups and business units
  • Ensure progress against agreed-upon timelines while managing competing priorities
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with business unit leaders
     

Strategic Planning & Research (30%)

  • Partner with Skills and Talent Intelligence teams to analyze workforce trends and implications
  • Develop comprehensive partner mapping and engagement strategies across business units
  • Create and maintain scalable project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans
  • Synthesize findings and recommendations for executive team members
  • Find opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and process improvement
     

Change Implementation & Analytics (20%)

  • Support the deployment and adoption of new workforce strategies and tools
  • Collaborate with Employee Success team to develop success metrics and tracking mechanisms
  • Create documentation and change management materials adaptable across business units
  • Monitor and report on transformation progress and outcomes
     

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project/program management experience
  • Experience in any of the following: skills, skills architecture, future of work
  • Track record of managing multiple complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Experience working across various business functions and collaborator groups
  • Strong understanding of organizational design and change management
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Proven ability to get results in matrix organizations
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on workforce evolution
  • Highly organized, proactive, and strategic problem-solver
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $225,500.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,800 to $225,500.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
