Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud. You will plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and oversee the migration process to ensure successful implementation. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to cloud migration. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration strategies and objectives. - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements during migration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies and best practices. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies and hypervisors. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
