Job Description

About the Role

In this role, the Image Asset Specialist will review and process imagery and videos for use on Kohls.com product pages.

What You’ll Do

  • Using Kohl's content management system, review, edit and approve all image and video related content from Kohl's Photo Studio and vendors for Kohls.com product pages

  • Retouch imagery as needed to align with Kohl’s style guide standards

  • Identify and route legal text on imagery and video to be approved for display on Kohls.com

  • Provide detailed vendor feedback for failed imagery and work with cross- functional teams as necessary to resolve

  • Perform category research and partner with vendors and merchants to ensure that image content provided not only aligns with Kohls Style Guides,  but also provides a compelling visual product experience to Kohls.com customers

  • Review and process missing images

  • Partner with Marketing Photo Studio, Digital, and Kohl’s Technology teams on process improvements, automation enhancements, troubleshooting, best practices and prioritizing issues

  • Assess new vendor photography and provide feedback to ensure new vendors can achieve our standards

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Ability to provide detailed feedback on non-compliant retouching and capture issues

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain strict deadlines

  • Srong communication with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team

Preferred

  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop & Censhare

  • Intermediate experience with file sizing, resizing and color spaces

  • Experience in a photo studio or imaging environment
