Job Summary:

As an Ops Plan Specialist, you will become part of a multi-function team whose main responsibility is to collate client order details and translate into internal order & format, maintain and update in our ERP systems. The Ops Operations team works to ensure an optimal information flow between our Customer and the Business Unit operations.

You will be working closely with the Service Delivery and operations departments of each Business Unit, but also with other departments like Billing and MasterData to ensure data accuracy, readiness, and external-internal compliance.

In addition, the Ops Operations Specialist must provide support to the Unit Operations with reports creation and data uploads.

The Operations team operates on a 7 days/week basis, usually working in two shifts, covering a timeframe 06h00 until 22h00.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setup and maintain short-term data in the various systems based on the customer requirements.
  • Inform the Operations and other relevant stakeholders about changes in the flight traffic, and other topics of relevance that affect the daily operations.
  • Monitor and update passenger figures changes in our ERP’s based on costumers’ inputs.
  • Process Last Minute orders in our systems.
  • Create and update schedules in ERP systems according to our customer's instructions.
  • Check and process material movements in different ERP systems.
  • Run and share the daily operational reports to the related departments.
  • Perform daily pre-invoice checks for sales orders according to the internal guidelines.
  • Work in close cooperation with the other regional support functions such as Billing, Business Support, Sales and MasterData.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline (e.g., Science or Business) or equivalent experience in Data Management or Customer Service.

Work Experience:

  • Experience on data management with focus on support to production or logistics processes.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative functions or similar.
  • Experience on the airline catering business is an advantage.

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

  • Advanced level on MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • User experience of any ERP systems will be an advantage.

Language / Communication Skills:

  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Other EU languages will be considered as an advantage.
