About the Position:
Epic Staffing Group is looking for a Financial Systems Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Company’s financial systems. This role manages day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting, user support, and system requests, while assisting with enhancements, integrations, and updates. The Specialist helps maintain data integrity, improve processes, and ensure finance and accounting teams can operate effectively. This position follows a night shift schedule and operates under a remote work setup, with some days required on-site.

What You’ll Do:
Support the daily administration, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Company policies
Serve as a primary resource for troubleshooting, resolving support tickets, and assisting users with system access, configurations, reports, and dashboards.
· Partner with the Financial Systems Leader and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements, integrations, and new releases.
· Assist with data management efforts, including imports, migrations, and clean-up projects to maintain integrity and consistency.
· Contribute to system updates and release testing, including coordinating with stakeholders, validating functionality, and supporting training.
· Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other stakeholders to align system functionality with business processes and requirements.
· Support the development of documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to ensure consistent use of systems.
· Participate in special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc initiatives to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
· Stay current on financial system capabilities and emerging functionality, recommending opportunities to optimize usage across the organization.

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with financial systems administration (NetSuite experience preferred).
Strong understanding of financial processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, general ledger, and project accounting.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
Professional & Technical Expertise: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
Using Specialized Technology: Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
Analyzing & Interpreting Data: Draw meaning and conclusions from quantitative and/or qualitative data.
