Position Description (Major tasks, Value added, Contribution context, Work relations, Qualifications)
1 Work for DCS or other PCT equipment trouble shooting and repairing,
2 Handle common mechanical failure and assist mechanical technician to handle complex mechanical failure.
3 Performs preventive and predictive maintenance plans to complete tasks according to schedule
4 Completes related corrective maintenance jobs during shift time
5 Works out maintenance records and reports related issues
6 Complies with HES policy and ensures that maintenance jobs are, finished under safe conditions
7 Carries out patrols and reports any abnormal findings, implement 5S or nearmiss improvement actions.
8 Prepares maintenance activity reports and submits them to, supervisor after finishing each activity
9 Use and maintain all tools in a proper condition

INTERNAL:
- Reports to maintenance supervisor
- Technical team
- Production and HSEQ departments
EXTERNAL:
- Engineering service contractors

Qualifications:
Minimum Base Line: 1.Over 8 years’ experience on plant maintenance & reliability in plastic, chemical or petrochemical industry.
2.Strong trouble shooting ability on plant PCT equipment.
3. Basic ability to handle common plant mechanical failure.
4. Electrician card is mandatory.
5.Willing to work in shift work and the Spring Festival
