Position Purpose:
The Senior Manager - Content Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content strategy based on our specific business goals and objectives. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with a strong background in writing and copywriting.
Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)
Management and optimization of Everise website
Establish a systematic and scalable content marketing strategy, distributing content to intended audiences across all marketing channels, and setting both short-term and long-term goals
Implement content marketing projects to reach business objectives.
Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high-quality content.
Work closely with the sales operations team to plan, launch, and manage campaigns to support demand/lead generation efforts for the sales/inside sales team.
Develop an editorial calendar, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
Consistently produce engaging content and motivate team members.
Edit, proofread, and enhance content.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, amend final designs to management comments, and gain full approval
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Deploy content strategies for improving SEO
Analyze web traffic metrics and drive actionable insights
Distribute content through various channels to ensure a strong web presence
Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to improve customer engagement
Identify opportunities for repurposing content and scaling the process
Conduct research to enhance the written and published content
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Attributes & Attitude:
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Strong team management and leadership abilities.
Exceptional project management skills with keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge:
Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or any relevant field
At least 5 years of experience as a Content Marketing Manager or 3 years as a Senior Content Marketing Manager.
Hands-on experience in B2B content marketing, content growth and SEO, and web traffic metrics
Excellent copywriting skills with prior experience
Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, ABM Tools (6Sense/Demandbase/ Zoominfo MarketingOS)
Experience in Paid Ads, Google Ads, and social media Ad Networks such as but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, etc.
Experience in creating various types of content such as ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc.
Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
