Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for developing effective applications. This role focuses on designing solutions that align with business processes and application needs, ensuring that the final product supports organizational goals. The position requires continuous interaction with various teams to gather insights and refine application designs, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design review sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication between business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on design principles and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong understanding of application design methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure smooth interoperability between systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Natural.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
