Responsibilities:

• A varied training program that combines practical experience in the workplace with theory (including at vocational school)

• You will learn how to manufacture components and assemblies for machines and systems based on technical drawings or sketches  

• Your tasks will include assembling and commissioning machines and systems as well as performing regular maintenance on them

• In the event of technical malfunctions, you will identify the cause and learn how to remedy it in a targeted and systematic manner

• Quality assurance and documentation are part of your daily work—you will test products, take measurements, and carefully record all steps 

Qualifications:

• In addition to your cover letter and resume, please also include your last two school reports and any other references or certificates

• Successfully completed secondary school with good grades in mathematics and physics or a very good secondary school leaving certificate

• You enjoy math and physics – you want to understand how things work and enjoy learning new things 

• You are enthusiastic about technology – you have good manual skills and are particularly interested in plastics and metal. 

• You have good spatial awareness – this helps you to better understand technical processes. 

• Care and accuracy are a matter of course for you: you like to work in a structured and systematic manner.
