Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a cutting-edge real time data management platform for autonomous driving
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to support scalable deep learning model training and LLM training.
• Serve as a primary contributor to the evolution of our data architecture, integrating emerging data frameworks and AI tools, troubleshooting technical challenges, and promoting best practices.
• Lead high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with our strategic long-term objectives

Minimum Skill Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience; minimum of 5 years in data platform development or infrastructure.
• Proficient in software design and coding with extensive experience in Python, Java, or Scala; deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Expert knowledge of distributed systems and practical experience with components of the Big Data ecosystem (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Flink, Kafka, Delta Lake, Elastic Search).
• Extensive experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their use in driving industry innovations.
• Work well independently, demonstrate problem-solving abilities by investigating, analyzing, drawing conclusions, effectively communicates with stakeholders to get assignment done.
• Enthusiasm for self-driving technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong collaborative spirit.

Preferred Skill Requirements:

• Specialized expertise in developing large-scale, real-time streaming data products.
• Good understanding of popular model training frameworks, hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$300,000, in addition to bonus, equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
