The opportunity
To build You as a responsible for COE LBPOs have overall responsibility for all COE related topics in their respective unit and represent the COE interests of their unit towards the different functions of the COE CoE. COE Key Users in one unit functionally report to their COE LBPO.
How you’ll make an impact
- Collecting improvement ideas from COE Key Users in their unit and working with the Business Unit to phrase the demand.
- Drive identification and elimination of template deviations within their unit.
- Running local COE projects (e.g. rolling out new functionalities) in alignment with the COE CoE.
- Ensure staffing of COE Key Users (local COE subject matter experts).
- Manage COE Key Users within the unit.
- Manage/inform within the unit on changes and new functionalities.
- Work with COE CoE Service Delivery organization for defect resolution.
- Manage local user acceptance testing for new functionality and fixes.
- Organize on demand training and knowledge management within the unit.
- With COE Key Users, maintain documentation and internal work instructions.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the local unit.
- Cross-functional understanding of business processes in the local unit.
- Experience with COE and knowledge of the Hitachi Energy COE template.
- Well connected with the local management team.
- Strong delivery focus to ensure effective solutions that drive business values.
- Leadership and change management skills to drive the adaptation of global solutions in the local unit.
- Experienced representing the interests and requirements of the business.
- Ability to generate new ideas and challenge status quo.
- Fluent in English with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
