Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager will coordinate supply chain logistics on behalf of the system. This includes purchasing materials in bulk and distributing appropriately to offsite warehouses. The team member must maintain documentation of sourcing with consideration of price, quality, availability, and accuracy.

Work Experience:

Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

 

Preferred Qualifications

Skills:

• Experience in a diverse, complex health care environment is desirable.

• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

• Ability to effectively present information to management and staff.

• Good communications skills, both oral and written.

Working Conditions: Hospital and Warehouse Environment

 

Travel Requirements: No travel required

 

Physical Demands: Medium: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

 

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
