Primary Job Function:
Lead core Market Access functions related to Institutional Business. Accelerate the introduction of the upcoming portfolio across LATAM. Develop and implement key initiatives to strengthen Key Account Management and drive biosimilar adoption. Build and enhance Market Access capabilities across LATAM to support future launches.

Position Accountability/Scope:
Manages within the Market Access sub-function to develop a strategy for building and maintaining market access inside the Geographic scope and country-level operation. Develop& implement the strategy for the High Specialty products including Vaccines, Oncologic molecules, and Biosimilars.
Minimum Education:
Market Access or related fields, master’s in economics or business administration Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
