For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Sustainability Data & Reporting Advisor role.
About the team
The Business Change team partners with stakeholders across the firm to deliver strategic change initiatives, including process optimisation, technology implementation and organisational transformation. Within this team, you will play a key role in sustainability reporting by analysing data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting audits, and leveraging new technologies to enhance reporting efficiency. You will design effective visualisations to communicate sustainability data, implement data collection strategies, and ensure accuracy and compliance. This role offers exposure to a broad range of projects and change methodologies, providing strong opportunities for professional development and meaningful contribution.
Your key responsibilities
Support the collection and upload of allocated environment-related activity data and supporting evidence into the firm’s central sustainability data portal. Become a super user for the portal, supporting colleagues responsible for data input, management, analysis and reporting.
Provide support on volunteering statistics at the firm – specifically collating pro bono and community investment data points quarterly and annually, using sources provided by team colleagues, ensuring combined volunteering data is de-duplicated and joined-up.
Update Excel tables, graphs and metric calculations to inform compliance reports, annual surveys, agreed client responses, internal engagement and stakeholder reporting materials across environment, volunteering…
Produce lists of employees who have volunteered and not-yet-volunteered, at intervals across the FY to be agreed.
Suggest areas for improvement, pilot agreed process and automation improvements and help evolve data collection, analysis and reporting including alignment with future legal requirements such as CRSD
In due course, assistance running the donation payment process and financial reconciliation support and supporting related process improvement.
Your experience
Experience in designing effective visualisations to communicate sustainability data in a global professional services firm, preferably in the legal sector.
Track record of collaborating with various internal and external sources to collect sustainability data and verifying the accuracy and consistency of the data across multiple sources.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability of implementing new technologies to improve data collection and reporting efficiency.
