We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HC and Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and analyzing headcount and payroll-related activities, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active participation in end-to-end tracking of all MD Headcount actions.
• Conduct weekly checks to ensure the accuracy of information displayed in internal tools.
• Review and analyze headcount-related information, including recruiting reports, V&A reports, and discrepancy reporting.
• Participate in pre-forecast activities such as discrepancy reviews and totals management.
• Contribute to the creation of CHRO slides.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.
• Perform quarterly payroll modeling to update internal tools.

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
