Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership and HR leaders to create and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and operational priorities

  • Promote on the floor presence with the HR Team in support of all employees in the organization

  • Be an active team member of the BCA Global Supply Chain / Fabrication HR Leadership team where we practice servant leadership for our HR Team

  • Plan workforce needs and ensure the right talent and skills are in place for success while overseeing HR support in BCA Supply Chain for business and functional areas for smooth operations

  • Learn and understand the BCA Global Supply Chain business

  • Be an active participant in the leadership team by applying this learning to bring forward solutions for the business

  • Enhance the skills and effectiveness of the HR team, promoting accountability, career growth, and impactful support

  • Turn business goals into actionable HR strategies and implement processes like performance management and staffing tailored for a high-performance environment

  • Drive continuous improvements in HR processes to adapt to changing business needs and enhance efficiency through talent development

  • Foster a culture of accountability by addressing employee concerns fairly and creating programs to boost engagement and retention

  • Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR issues while building strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership

  • Use influencing skills to align and promote key HR initiatives, ensuring consistency with company policies in collaboration with the broader HR team

  • Lead change management efforts for smooth organizational transitions and drive culture change within the organization

  • Provide strategic leadership and development opportunities for the HR team, staying updated on industry trends to inform effective HR strategies

  • Champion simplification and capability building to enhance team performance and continuously refine HR methods and processes for excellence in delivery

  • Lead key HR activities, such as Talent Reviews and performance development, to ensure alignment with business priorities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources; including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management

  • 5+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

  • 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • Experience in a supply chain, manufacturing or industrial setting, with demonstrated ability to partner with senior operational leaders

  • Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships and proficiency in written and verbal communication

Summary pay range: $141,950 – $209,000
