Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Customer Delivery Acceleration team is looking for a Senior Manager of Operations to support program management and strategy implementation for key workstreams for our e-Commerce Delivery business. This role will be an integral part of the team as we look to execute our strategy over the next 18 months and report out to executives along the way.
How will you contribute to the success of the team?
Serves as the single source of truth for critical program workstreams within the e-Commerce Delivery space
Informs product roadmap strategy with business inputs and program perspectives
Manages the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, coordinating program updates and issue resolutions
Manages the timeline and execution of critical workstreams within a highly-cross-functional program, including product and engineering
Facilitates program updates, business solutioning, escalation, and problem solving
Coordinate complex issue resolutions leveraging data analysis and cross-functional inputs
Develop project plans and reporting for critical workstreams, including technology workstreams
Supports executive communications around project status, milestones, business metrics, and escalations
Provides decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information
Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals

Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives
Manage the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
