Job Description

The ideal Treasury Client Onboarding & Servicing Executive is a seasoned operations leader with demonstrated success leading complex, multi-layered organizations at significant scale, including accountability for end-to-end service delivery, performance, and outcomes. This executive brings deep domain knowledge across treasury management, payments, onboarding, or servicing operations, with strong capability in leveraging data, reporting, and analytics to drive performance and inform decision making. They have a proven ability to design and execute operating model transformations and digital enablement efforts to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance client experience, while building and sustaining a client obsessed culture and a high-performance organization during periods of transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-layered operations organizations with significant scale including accountability for end-to-end service delivery, performance, and outcomes

  • Deep domain knowledge across treasury management, payments, onboarding, or servicing operations, including understanding of client needs, product ecosystems, and operational dependencies

  • Proven ability to design and execute operating model transformations, including centralization, functional alignment, and reduction of fragmentation to improve scalability and consistency

  • Strong track record of building and sustaining a client obsessed culture, including designing service models that improve onboarding, servicing, transparency, and satisfaction outcomes

  • Ability to translate enterprise and business line strategies into clear operational priorities and execution plans, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and operations organizations

  • Experience leading digital enablement efforts, including automation, workflow optimization, and modernization of onboarding and servicing processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance client experience

  • Strong capability in leveraging data, reporting, and analytics to drive performance, including development of dashboards, performance scorecards, and operational insights to inform decision making

  • Deep understanding of operating in a highly regulated environment, including experience with audit, compliance, Know Your Customer, and risk frameworks, and the ability to balance control rigor with operational efficiency

  • Demonstrated expertise in driving process standardization, efficiency, and quality improvements, including use of continuous improvement methodologies to enhance cycle times and reduce operational complexity

  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders across product, sales, technology, risk, and operations, building alignment and driving enterprise wide outcomes

  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent, including building leadership pipelines, strengthening engagement, and fostering a high performance culture during periods of transformation

  • Strong change management capability, including experience leading large scale organizational change initiatives, driving adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors across diverse teams

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $214,795.00 - $252,700.00
