Title: IT Ops Manager

What you will do:
As an IT Ops Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. You will lead the IT operations team, manage system integrations, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency across our organization.

- Manage and supervise the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT operations with organizational goals.
- Implement best practices for IT service management and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the management of IT assets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization.

What we look for:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in IT operations management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing diverse IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent.
