About the team:

The Corporate Business Architecture team provides employees with tools to help them develop, sell, and implement FinTech solutions to FIS clients. We digitally transform the efficiency and effectiveness of how FIS employees get their work done through FIS' Future Forward Program.

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and innovative Senior Systems Administrator to configure and customize the Dynamics 365 CRM for the Sales system according to the business requirements and objectives, using the built-in tools and features, such as templates, rules, workflows, reports, and settings. You will collaborate with the development, product strategy, and stakeholder teams to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the Sales CRM system and its integration with other FIS systems and platforms.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
  • Managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Backing up and restoring data and solutions.
  • Applying patches, updates, and upgrades to the system and ensuring compatibility with other FIS systems.
  • Configure and customize CRM modules to meet business requirements, including workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards.
  • Develop and implement custom plugins, scripts, and integrations to extend CRM functionality.
  • Implementing security policies and standards.
  • Testing and validating that configurations and customizations made to the system will produce quality and accurate output.
  • Monitoring and optimizing system performance, availability, and reliability using various tools and methods to resolve issues.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting issues and incidents related to functionality, integrations, and customizations.
  • Providing escalated technical support and assistance to the users and stakeholders of the system and responding to their requests and inquiries.
  • Documenting and maintaining the technical procedures and guidelines for the system and creating and updating the knowledge base and FAQs.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the system, processes, and procedures.
  • Learning new technologies and techniques to help the system evolve.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Dynamics 365 CRM for sales systems.
  • Working knowledge of systems up and downstream from Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM) such as Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or Oracle Configure, Price Quote (CPQ)
  • Experience administering and maintaining web-based services and APIs.
  • Experience with CRM integration tools and methodologies (e.g., SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven, algorithmic, and critical thinking.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate) are preferred.
  • Experience delivering through scaled agile (SAFe) and traditional project/program management frameworks.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $99,830.00 - $167,700.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
