Job Description:
The Global Compliance Program promotes and fosters a strong culture of integrity, ethics and regulatory compliance, and provides independent oversight of the management of regulatory compliance risk.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compliance, this position will this position will be accountable for the regular risk appetite and risk profile reporting and coordinating the annual and periodic review and update of the Global Compliance documents. Key accountabilities include:
Coordinate the review and update of Global Compliance documents (e.g. Mandates), including, managing the review and feedback process.
Coordinate the annual Legal, Regulatory Compliance (including Financial Crime) LRC Risk Appetite Statement refresh.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual risk management reporting.
Provide support on Senior Management and Board reporting including the Board & Committee Reporting tool.
Review existing Global Compliance related reporting and recommend areas for improvement.
Develop subject matter expertise for the role including understanding governing regulation, best industry practices, internal processes/protocols, etc.
On an ongoing basis, consider opportunities to improve Compliance governance by working with stakeholders, other Compliance areas to address identified areas for enhancement.
Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement.
Assist on strategic initiatives/special projects as required.
Job Requirements

Must be self-motivated, energetic and results-oriented and be committed to adding value to the organization.
Skilled in report design.
Proficiency in SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education and Accreditation
University degree is preferred.
Experience in Compliance would be an asset.
Strong reporting and communications background preferred
