Enterprise Sales Executive / Regional Sales Manager

As an Enterprise Sales Executive / Regional Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to empower client growth and drive success. Your mission? To build lasting relationships with Enterprise accounts, identify game-changing opportunities, and secure big wins. From cultivating new business partnerships to delivering tailored solutions, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' journey to achieving their growth objectives.

But that's not all, you'll also:

  • Seize the right opportunities from leads generated through our alliance partners and marketing efforts

  • Close deals worth $250k and beyond, making a significant impact on our bottom line

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Channel Partnerships to develop targeted account strategies

  • Own the sales process from start to finish, leveraging our unique Safeguard Way structure for maximum impact

  • Dive deep into your prospects' business goals, competition, and growth plans to deliver unparalleled value

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the industry

What will make you stand out;

  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing large mid-market and enterprise sales engagements

  • Expertise in partner, alliance, and direct deals, navigating complex sales cycles with ease

  • A knack for developing strategic account plans that drive results

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with a hunger for success

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence C-level executives

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and online sales technologies

  • Experience in SaaS sales and/or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a plus

  • Ideally you will have a strong track record in the HR sector
