Position Highlights:

Position: Administrative Assistant II

Location: Primarily at Deerfield, light travel to other medical groups for meetings/events

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time 38-40 hrs weekly.

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm hours may flex based on department needs

Required Travel: Light travel to Highland Park, Glenbrook, Skokie, Swedish and/or NCH for meetings/events

What you will need:

License: N/A

Education: High School diploma required, Bachelor Degree preferred

Certification: N/A

Experience: 3-5 years of Experience

Skills: Typing, Virtual Meeting Media Platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Assist with Provider Onboarding and Recruitment

Submit Provider Reimbursements and Departmental Invoices

Basic Administrative Duties (answer phone, schedule department meetings)

Provide Administrative Support Department Leaders

Schedules meetings and prepares all agendas and paperwork for monthly and committee meetings

Ensures expenditure requisitions are completed to reconcile invoices for the Division

Provide helpful and accurate information to patients, physicians, and others in a non-patient facing setting

Work on projects with departmental administrative assistants and practice managers to meet the business needs and quality measures

Obtaining physician signatures as needed

Submitting CME or any special requests (new equipment) as needed

Submitting Salary orders and approving API timecards

Other duties as assigned
