The P&TPM Quality Assurance (QA) Program Group Manager is accountable for Day-to-Day management of P&TPM Quality Assurance program for External Relationships and the newly onboarded ACF relationships. The candidate will be leading and directing a team of professionals, across multiple geographies, to meet the QA Objectives. incumbent will require a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the P&TPM function and how these interact in order to achieve the overall QA objectives. A proactive identification of issues and an in-depth understanding of the business impact of issues along with root cause identification will be requires. Since the stakeholders are spread across multiple businesses and Regions, the candidate should be able to create suitable strategies in managing the range of sometimes conflicting priorities. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally as well as externally, often at a senior level. Accountable for the end results of the Quality Assurance on External Relationships with control over resources, proformulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.


Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance
    • Provide though leadership to build, design, execute and lead the implementation of the TPU QA Program
    • Strategic design, management and oversight of testing, quality assurance, issue identification, remediation and reporting
    • Liaise with Third Party Governance (TPG) and the RMO Risk and Control team on risk and control requirements
    • Primary Liaison contact for all 1st, 2nd, 3rd and regulatory reviews on TPU globally
    • Lead management and execution of TPU MCA activities globally across all TPU activities and sites
    • Provide leadership and direction for successful management of TPU’s CoB, Record Management and EUC
    • Support Third Party Management governance committees, as required

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience
  • Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience and track record in running and managing a diverse team in a complex and matrixed organization, delivering tangible results

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to engage and collaborate across geographic locations
  • Advanced cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Executive management presence and presentation skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables and tasks
  • Ability to solve complex issues and apply an appropriate risk management response

  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to exercise sound, timely and independent judgment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
