Role Summary

As a Clerk/Receptionist in Radiology, you will provide essential clerical and front‑desk support to ensure smooth daily operations. You will:

• Greet and assist patients, employees, and vendors, directing them to the appropriate areas.
• Schedule appointments, route phone calls, and provide general information as needed.
• Prepare reports, agendas, and assist with payroll for patient care services.
• Distribute paychecks/stubs and maintain calendars for departmental staff.

Your ability to offer exceptional service and maintain an organized workflow will play a key role in supporting both patients and team members.

The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional weekend coverage required.

Required Criteria

• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills to support departmental goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
