Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Leader, New Modality to lead commercial strategy, market shaping, and go-to-market model development for innovative new modality products in Japan, including Cell Therapy, Radioconjugates (RC), and other assigned modalities.
This is a senior leadership role that will shape key commercial decisions at the Japan Leadership Team (JLT) level. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional leaders, including the New Modality Strategy Lead (R&D), to ensure that strategic direction and commercial feasibility are aligned and translated into strong business outcomes.

適応症横断・BU横断での市場形成戦略を統括し、患者アクセス戦略、治療実施施設ネットワーク設計、顧客・患者インサイトの創出、外部ステークホルダーとの連携、Medical部門と協働したエビデンスに基づくバリュープロポジション構築を推進します。
さらに、細胞治療およびRCにおける日本市場最適化型Go-to-Marketモデルの設計・構築を担い、複数適応症にわたる上市戦略およびライフサイクル戦略をリードします。営業体制設計、アカウントマネジメント、デジタル施策、患者支援プログラムなど、上市に必要なコマーシャル機能要件の定義も重要な役割です。
加えて、New Modality Strategy Lead(R&D) の戦略的パートナーとして、コマーシャル戦略、事業計画、全社レベルの意思決定の整合性を担保し、上市後オペレーティングモデル設計や中長期的な事業持続性にも貢献します。
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee market shaping strategies across indications and business units, including patient access planning, treatment site network strategy, customer and patient insights, external stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based value proposition development in partnership with Medical and other functions.
In addition, you will design and implement Japan-optimized go-to-market models for Cell Therapy and RC, lead launch and lifecycle commercial strategy across multiple indications, and define the commercial capabilities required for successful launch readiness. This includes field force design, account management approaches, digital engagement, and patient support programs.
As a strategic partner to the New Modality Strategy Lead (R&D), you will ensure alignment across commercial strategy, business case development, and enterprise decision-making, while contributing to post-launch operating model design and long-term business sustainability.
