Design and maintain APIs and custom programs in alignment with Global Tech standards to optimize operations within the Customer Engagement Services organization.
Automation Expertise: Strong understanding of automation tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet) and scripting languages to streamline repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and improve deployment efficiency.
Technical Leadership: Experience leading small agile teams or workstreams to deliver systems engineering solutions — from analyzing requirements and developing system designs to implementing timelines and ensuring seamless integration with broader project objectives.
Infrastructure Management: Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance tools, performance metrics, and maintenance methodologies. Skilled in performing backups, patch management, and system audits to ensure compliance and minimize data loss.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose, research, and resolve technical issues across systems engineering solutions. Leverages data and cross-functional collaboration to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
Operational Excellence: Experience managing daily operations and system performance monitoring. Skilled in developing operational features, testing processes, and proactive monitoring to ensure reliable, high-performance service delivery.
Coding Proficiency: Knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#), frameworks (.NET, Android, Cocoa), and platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, iOS). Adheres to coding standards and best practices, implements CI/CD automation, and applies security and telemetry requirements to all development work.
ServiceNow Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including experience developing and maintaining custom workflows, automation, and integrations.
Innovation and Continuous Learning: Stays current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and automation techniques. Identifies opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements within systems engineering and operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical execution to business objectives and ensure partnership across engineering, InfoSec, and customer support teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
