Legal Internship:

As a Legal Student, you will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive view of how a global company operates from a legal perspective. You’ll work alongside experienced legal professionals, supporting a wide range of matters including corporate governance, compliance, contracts, and regulatory topics. This hands-on experience will help you develop critical thinking, legal research, and document drafting skills in a real-world setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, internal policies, and corporate agreements.
• Conduct legal research on various topics including corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance.
• Support the legal team in administrative procedures with public entities and internal stakeholders.
• Help prepare documentation for internal audits and legal reviews.
• Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases.
• Collaborate with legal professionals on day-to-day operations and special projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Law student currently in the 4th year or beyond of their degree program, with an Upper Third or higher qualification, from an accredited college or university.
• Previous internship experience in legal roles desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong interest in corporate legal practice and regulatory matters.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Intermediate English level (reading and writing) is desirable.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model is required.
