We are looking for a passionate Purchasing Operational Buyer Senior Specialist, who is eager to make an impact on their career and take on the challenge of performing the purchasing day to day operations, including sourcing recommendations, pricing, procurement and/or payments, analysis, compiling and drawing insights from data, reporting, and developing solutions based on data within their domain.

As a Purchasing Operational Buyer at P&G your accountabilities will include:

  • Managing the requests for commercial information coming from our Purchasing teams, planners or plants for activation of new materials;
  • Verifying and validating price changes for materials with our suppliers and ensure timely implementation of new prices in P&G’s systems;
  • Addressing any gaps/issues/mistakes in materials price management process and ensure correctness of prices paid through invoices to suppliers;
  • Completing ontime and with quality the purchasing daily operations, including sourcing recommendations, pricing, procurement, payments, analysis, and governance;
  • Providing business knowledge, technical expertise and contributing to improving the procurement process;
  • Handling the transactional purchases' work, for managing vendors, orders, data;
  • Interacting with multiple departments, groups and users (vendors, sourcing, plants, payment and banking services, user groups) to deliver the required business results;

Job Qualifications

  • Very good speaking and written command of English
  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree graduate
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) use proficiency
  • Previous experience using SAP or similar tools in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines
  • Strong time management and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
