Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands a focus on maintaining high-quality code, optimizing scalability, and enhancing performance to align with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the workflow and driving successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles related to .NET frameworks.
- Experience in developing scalable and high-performance software solutions using .NET technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions within the .NET ecosystem.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of .NET applications in distributed environments.
- Competence in code review processes and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
