JOB DESCRIPTION:

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Process Improvement, based in our European Distribution Center in Machelen. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business users and IT, supporting and improving end‑to‑end processes across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations, primarily within SAP and related systems.

You will work in a collaborative, international environment, supporting both project-based initiatives and day-to-day operations. The role combines business analysis, process optimization, system support, and project management, with a strong focus on standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on, on-site role within a team of system and process experts, supporting business-critical systems that enable efficient order-to-billing and distribution operations.

This role requires you to be at the office minimum 4 days a week in Machelen.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business users and IT, translating business needs into system and SAP requirements
• Analyze and improve business processes within Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations
• Support SAP and related systems, including testing, documentation, and user training
• Contribute to system enhancements, digitalization, and automation initiatives
• Manage or support small- to medium-sized projects using Lean and continuous improvement principles
• Provide analytical support through data extraction, reporting, and business insights
• Support day-to-day operations and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in an international business environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Very good understanding of business processes and information systems
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or process redesign methodologies
• Technical curiosity and system-oriented mindset
• Experience working in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or Operations
• Dutch and/or French language skills
