Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media, and event planning? At IQVIA, we’re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Trainee to support our marketing and communications efforts in Portugal. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global healthcare data science company, working on impactful campaigns and events that engage the Life Sciences community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing and communication plans aligned with business strategy.
• Create and manage engaging LinkedIn content, ensuring consistent brand messaging and monthly performance reporting.
• Support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Manage and update intranet content, ensuring a regular and engaging flow of internal communications.
• Co-organize and support events targeting Life Sciences companies and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Contribute to the annual marketing plan preparation and other strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to various marketing projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress), preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); and Portuguese
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel are highly valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for learning.
