Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Your role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications are effectively integrated and optimized for user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance overall team performance. - Monitor application performance and implement necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (Oracle BRM), AWS Administration. - Strong understanding of scripting best practices and automation techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging Unix-based systems. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
