Job Description:

Responsible for handling incoming/outbound consumer calls while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity and ensuring client performance standards are achieved.

We are currently hiring call centre/customer care agents to connect with people to solve account issues, working to provide a solution that will work for both the consumer and the organizations we serve.

We value our call centre professionals by providing a competitive base hourly rate and excellent commission structure along with paid training provided to set you up for success!

PAY: $16.55/hour + monthly incentive potential

Agents have the ability to earn monthly performance incentive of up to $355.00 per month!

In addition, upon graduation from the 6 week training program, Agents are eligible for a bonus of $150.00!

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, Must be available for any shift between 8:00am – 8:00 pm)

LOCATION: 90 Eglinton Ave W, Toronto, ON M4P 3A4

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Prior customer service experience (call centre experience is a plus)

· Professional verbal communication skills

· Outstanding attendance & work ethic

· Strong ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers

· Must be self-motivated and goal oriented

· Problem solving and critical thinking

· Must be proficient in time management

· Negotiation skills

· Good typing/keyboarding skills- must be able to type minimum of 25 WPM

· Ability and openness to work professionally with a diverse customer base

· Works well in team setting

· A criminal background check is required
