This Talent Acquisition Coordinator role will be an ideal opportunity to develop your experience and expertise in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

How you will create an impact

  • Production of offer letters, T&Cs and Offer packs for internal and external candidates

  • On boarding of employees to ensure all paperwork is returned in a timely manner

  • Working with our Shared Service team on new hire Background Checks and liaising with the vendor

  • Ensure all documentation is stored in accordance with the Document Retention Policy

  • Communicate effectively with agency suppliers, direct applicants and recruiting managers in order to schedule interviews, prioritising according to availability provided

  • Book rooms for interviews to take place and issue appropriate confirmation details to applicant and interviewers

  • Manage and update the recruitment management system to ensure accurate record of interview arrangements and applicant tracking

  • Respond and deal promptly with queries via phone or email from recruiting managers, direct applicants and agency suppliers regarding the recruitment process

  • Manage and maintain the recruitment inbox, ensure timely response to emails.

  • Ensure strict adherence to confidential data regulations and processes

  • Point of contact for new hires regarding their Right to Work check and coordination of Right to Work certifiers across the UK offices.

  • Provide general administrative support and take on ad-hoc requests assigned by the UK Head of Talent Acquisition.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a high volume and fast paced co-ordination role or Administration position

  • Knowledge of HR/Recruitment processes or experience within an HR administrative environment is a plus

  • Highly organised and a strong attention to detail is required

  • Previous experience working for a large multinational organisation would be a plus

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office – Word / Outlook /Excel/PowerPoint

  • Experience using a Recruitment Management System or HR Tool, especially Workday
