  • Investigate data anomalies and apply statistical techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.

  • Recommend innovative approaches for improving KPI measurement, data dissemination, and decision-support tools.

  • Lead and coach a team of two analysts: one data analyst direct report in place today with an additional senior analyst role open.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years’ experience in a related field; or 20 years’ experience in a related field.

  • 3+ years’ experience in management or leadership role.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

  • Analytical Leadership: 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics, workforce planning, or operational modeling; experience in automotive or large-scale operations preferred.

  • Strategic Influence & Storytelling:

  • Skilled at translating complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for building dynamic dashboards and scenario models.
  • Strong experience with data extraction and transformation using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (AWS, Oracle, Snowflake) and modern data engineering practices.
