What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier clients and market infrastructures.
  • Identify opportunities and close deals that drive growth across SWIFT’s product and service portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for large accounts and initiatives.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and represent SWIFT at industry events, forums, and fairs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for key clients.
  • Share market intelligence and contribute to internal innovation.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of business development or consulting experience in the financial industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese and French is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of banking, corporate cash management, and SWIFT’s product ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and network at senior levels.
  • A university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • A confident, flexible, and resilient mindset with a passion for excellence.
  • Leadership potential and a collaborative spirit.
