- CNC Machine Operator -

Position Title: CNC Machine Operator

Position Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines and equipment
• Load and unload raw materials and equipment
• Set up and calibrate accessories and equipment
• Keep detailed records for equipment and procedures
• Perform necessary maintenance and cleaning on equipment
• Supervise machines as they run and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished product to ensure it meets required specifications
• Must be a self-starter
• Work well in a team environment
• Abide by company safety guidelines
• Coordinate with Machining Manager to follow project schedules and labor requirements for assigned jobs
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years minimum machining experience
• Desire to further learn CNC programming
• Willingness to work up to 50 hours per week on a regular basis
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ideal candidate would have:
  • Experience with Haas CNC vertical milling machines
  • Experience with MasterCam software
  • Experience reading blueprints and part drawings

Wage: $22.00 - $25.00/hour + overtime pay for hours worked over 40hrs/wk.
