Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Asset Management Specialist located at Guadalajara, North Campus.

The Asset Management Specialist is responsible for optimizing Machinery & Equipment (M&E) assets from an investment, utilization, and deployment perspective. This role has direct impact on the company’s annual global budget, production floor operations, and machinery efficiency.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage machinery and equipment across the Americas region, incorporating input from global teams.
• Coordinate the acquisition, utilization, deployment, and disposal of machinery.
• Maintain full visibility of equipment status and operational capacity.
• Plan and execute logistics for machinery transfers, ensuring timely and efficient movement from point A to point B.
• Work directly with suppliers to ensure technical compliance, documentation accuracy, and on‑time delivery.
• Support the implementation, installation, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with operational standards and production requirements.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Fluent English required: requires communication in English with global teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience operating industrial machinery and understanding manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of equipment logistics and asset management principles.
• Ability to collaborate with multicultural and global teams.
• Capability to validate technical processes and work with multidisciplinary groups.
• Familiarity with databases and asset management systems/tools.
• Availability to travel.
