Summary: Job Description: The incumbent is responsible will be responsible for applying the organization’s MDM strategies, requirements and policies aligned to the company’s vision, and supporting the MDM implementation using Informatica platform technologies. The responsibilities of the developer include: •  Hands on experience of working with Informatica MDM hub console, IDD/e360 and Provisioning Tool. •  Having ability to design the data model (logical/physical) for mastering enterprise data •  Experience in configuring creating custom Cleanse functions •  Experience in writing Java User Exits and PL/SQL is preferrable •  Can develop and translate business requirements and processes for data matching and merging, survivorship criteria, Relationships, Hierarchies, and data stewardship OOTB workflows. •  Experience in installing and upgrade of Informatica MDM •  Experience in code promotion to higher environments  •  Ability to troubleshoot MDM issues by analyzing process/hub server logs and do RCA to fix them. As an Application Lead for Informatica MDM, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of MDM solutions. Your typical day will involve working with Informatica MDM, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of MDM projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure successful delivery of MDM projects. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring the successful completion of MDM projects. - Design and develop MDM workflows, mappings, and data models, ensuring data quality and integrity. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Informatica MDM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle, and SQL Server. - Solid understanding of MDM concepts and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing MDM workflows, mappings, and data models. - Strong understanding of data quality and data governance concepts. - Experience in performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Informatica MDM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful MDM solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
