Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) to ensure the security of the organization's systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, implement security measures, and provide guidance on security best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the security of enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. - Identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities. - Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. - Conduct security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. - Provide guidance and training to employees on security best practices. - Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches. - Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and mitigate potential threats. - Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing. - Develop and maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and incident response plans. - Manage and maintain security tools and technologies. - Participate in incident response and recovery activities. - Contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans. - Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations. - Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance security capabilities. - Provide technical guidance and support to other teams and stakeholders. - Mentor and coach junior security professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies. - Experience with security assessment and penetration testing tools. - Knowledge of network security protocols and technologies. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Experience with security incident response and management. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
